WilPower Fitness Personal Profile
I am a retired Navy Supply Corps Captain having served in the United States Navy (USN) 33 years. I have been involved in the fitness business 30 years and have built and managed several fitness centers. I am certifed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Amercian Council on Exercise (ACE), CPR/First Aid Certifed. I am also a member of the Idea Health and Fitness Association. My goal, as your Personal Fitness Trainer, is to improve your overall Quality of Life through proper diet and fitness. This can be achieved by not only improving your outer body strength, but by ensuring your inner strength (core), flexibility, balance, and aerobic capacity are improved. I am also specializing in the baby boomer population. I am 100% committed to helping you achieve your goals. I hope you will enjoy my home WilPower Fitness Center in a private environment.
