I have been involved in the fitness business 30 years and have built and managed several fitness centers. I am certifed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Amercian Council on Exercise (ACE), CPR/First Aid Certifed. I am also a member of the Idea Health and Fitness Association. My goal, as your Personal Fitness Trainer, is to improve your overall Quality of Life through proper diet and fitness. This can be achieved by not only improving your outer body strength, but by ensuring your inner strength (core), flexibility, balance, and aerobic capacity are improved.
